Rangers Make a Curious Move

The Rangers have apparently picked up Ryan Clowe for this year's second, one of their thirds and a conditional second next year if the re-sign him, or a 5th next year if they don't.   On the face of it, this seems insane.  They're only guaranteed to have him for 12 games if they don't make the playoffs, and now they don't pick until the 3rd round of this year's draft.  Their's got to be another move or two coming.  At one point Clowe might have been worth that haul, but this has not been that point.   There's got to be more.
