Yanks Win!

The Yankees just beat the Phillies to go up 2-1 in the World Series. The Phillies got off to an early 3-0 lead off of Andy Pettitte, but ARod hit a two run jack to cut the lead, and later the Yanks would add six more runs as Swisher broke out with a double and a homer, Andy drove in a run, and Matsui pinch hit a homer to make it 8-4. The pen was pretty good. Joba pitched a 1-2-3 7th. Marte did the same in the 8th, but Phil Hughes gave up a one out homer in the 9th and Mo came in to preserve the 8-5 win. The Yanks O should be wide awake tomorrow against Blanton. CC will once again pitch on three days rest, but I have a feeling he won't have to do it again after tomorrow. Go Yanks!
