Torts said when he took over that the Rangers would need the top players to come through in order for the Rangers to get turned around. Well, he got his wish tonight as Zherdev, Drury, Gomez and Naslund all scored in their 4-2 win out on the Island. Zherdev also had an assist, as did new Ranger Nik Antropov. They still aren't playing 100% Torts' style, but they are coming along. They need to keep playing hard and getting contributions from the big salaries if they want to make the playoffs. Go Rangers!
