Does the Sheridan Era Begin Now?

As words seeps out that Giant DC Steve Spagnuolo has taken the Rams head coaching job, our thoughts turn to Big Blue and what they'll do to replace their departed DC. The in-house candidate has been LB coach Bill Sheridan, and he looks like he could be ready. Apparently, Spags relied on Sheridan for more than just positional coaching, and the two spent time scheming together. Sheridan has been coaching since 1981 and spent lots of time at various colleges including Notre Dame and Michigan before joining the Giants several years ago. It is unknown whether or not the Giants will look outside the organization for a replacement or if Spags will try to poach any of his Giant colleagues. We wish Spags the best of luck with the Rams and the Giants the best of luck in shoring up the defensive coaching staff. Go Giants.
