Al Harrington to the Knicks?
According to Peter Vecsey and ESPN, the Knicks will announce a trade sending either Malik Rose or Jamal Crawford to Golden State for Al Harrington as soon as today. Of course, the devil is in the detals. From a basketball sense, it's far better for the Knicks to trade Rose for Crawford. From a cap sense, it's better by about a million bucks this year and lots in the future to trade Crawford. Rose is an expiring, while Craw can opt out after this year. Donnie Walsh really loves Harrington: he drafted him originally and, I believe this will be the second time he will have traded for him.

That's a lot of 3's both in terms of the position and what will be raining down at the Garden.
Its not bobcats..its the clippers..with randolph going out there for expirings..so if true and crawford and randolph are both gone...WOW..WOW..WOW and WOW we are set for 2010
Where are you hearing Randolph to the Clips? I know they were gonna step up their efforts to get him.
The Knicks, Warriors and Clippers are talking about a three-way deal that would involve Jamal Crawford, Zach Randolph and Mardy Collins being sent in a cap-space clearing move that would bring in Tim Thomas, Cuttino Mobley and Al Harrington.
This is big phil...real big..thats two free agents we can sign in 2010
Yeah, but let's see if it happens. Obviously, Hahn would have pretty good info.
This is an excellent move if it goes down. Possibly Lebron and who Dan?
Anything new on the Yanks?
