Whither Santana?
Seems like the big baseball drama of the next few to several weeks will revolve around Twins Ace Johan Santana. Santana has been a great pitcher, though a few key peripherals like hits, walks and homers per 9 have been going the wrong way. Anyway, because he has a no trade, Santana will end up going wherever he wants to go, a la, Randy Johnson a few years ago. Will it be the Yanks? Who knows, but they better not give up future core in any offer to the Twins if they are indeed where Santana wants to end up. Go Yanks!

I agree with you dude.
Melky, Kennedy, Horne and Betemit?
We'll see. Maybe he wants to be a Met. Who knows? That's the thing about these NTC's.
Santana is friends with his fellow countryman (Abreu) and not to mention they share the same agent.
Santana has been quoted that he loves the big stage.
What do you think is a "Fair" trade for both clubs?
I am sure Melky would be involved. Do you think NY will look at Rowand or Jones for CF?
Thanks.
Kennedy, Melky and stuff. Or Wang and Melky.
How about:
Kennedy, Melky, Betemit, Ohlendorff and Horne.
Kennedy and Horne is a hell of a lot of good, cheap, young pitching. How bout we pass on Santana altogether?
You may want us to pass on Santana Phil, but I think that the Yanks may have other ideas.. Not saying they will go after him at all costs, but I do think they may give up something we may not want them to.
