Yanks Bag Brackman in the First
He's 6'10" and dominated the wood bats in the Cape Cod League last summer. He has thrown 99. He has a balky elbow that may or may not need opening up. In any event the Yanks have added another big time power arm and that's the strategy for them. They next pick at #94.

Apparently, they don't acquire young pitchers who don't have elbow issues.
Rich, c'mon, they are capable of of valuing these things out. 6'10, 99 and even more projectibility is RARE. TJ doesn't scare them.
