This guy needs to quit making errors, throwing away AB's and hitting grounders to the other team's shortstop.

Glad to see Cano,Melky and Abreu start to turn it around. Need a little more consistency from A-Rod(despite what Kay was talking about tonight, I believe will be a Yankee for many years).

Need to resolve 1b and fast..

Yeah, love Jete but he needs to pick it back up if we're gonna do anything.
At 7:35 PM, Michael said...: Totally agree Jeter needs to pick it back up. Once he settles down at the plate, I feel the defense will return to form. They have not been able to put together all phases of the game for any period of time. I think we will have to re-do the pen. Long are the days of Stanton Nelson Mo, or Mo then Wetteland. If Farnsworth could stop falling in love with the slider and locate some pitches, we'd be okay. Mussina should only be a 5th starter.

Before it's said and done I expect moves to address 1b,the pen, and bench to be made.
