There are disturbing reports at this hour that former Giant, Redskin and PSU linebacker LaVar Arrington has been involved in a terrible motorcycle accident. He's been rushed to the hospital and our thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Nickels, his family and teammates at this time.

I wish he was healthy, I really did not want us to cut him.
