Zippy Point for the Rangers

The Rangers refused a two point win tonight, by allowing Pittsburgh to score 3 goals (2 shorthanded!!!!!!) in the 3rd to end regulation in a tie. The Rangers entered the 3rd with a 2 goal lead. This was last Sunday all over again, but in one period. I have no faith that they will get the other point, oh and 210 is hurt and will miss weeks.

they were terrible in the shootout. When Prucha could not put it in the net you knew Sid the kid would end it. Gonna be a struggle the rest of the way. I hope Renney gets the axe at seasons end and we rebuild the entire D minus Tyutin and Girardi.

Briere or Drury would look nice in Liberty blue don't ya think

I cannot understand why Renney does not play Pock. Malik is just flat awful. I have seen the Pack play a few times and came away very impressed with Dubinsky and Callahan. Jessiman has been lighting it up since his return call from Charlotte. Renney needs to go back to scouting. The kid Bourret is supposed to be good, so we shall see. Guys like Nylander and Straka should be dealt. Ideally you want a big anchor like a Souray for D but I don't see him coming here. When was the last time we had a big D-man clearing out the front of the net? If they fail to make it which is more likely by the day, I'd bet Renney is out as Sather can use him as his scapegoat. Though Dolan says Sather a job for life. I'm not so confident that we will make the right decisions this summer and go with the status quo. We are not going anywhere with current mgmt structure in place. I would sure love a Brian Burke or Darcy Regier to come on board..

thank you very much appreciated!

I have a mini-plan for the Wolfpack. I used to have Ranger seasons but they got too expensive. It's very frustrating being a Ranger fan these days. If the Isles can keep him I think they got a steal in Ryan Smith. That is the forward thinking I wish our organization had.

We had Rangers and Knicks seasons when I was a kid growing up. The Wolfpack has been great lately.

The Pack have definitely been great as of late, after a slow start. It's a wonder any of the players there were drafted by this regime. In speaking to a couple of contacts I made with the Pack they told me while the season may start slow as that they would heat up once they started to gel, and they definitely have. The atmosphere at the Civic center, and Harbor Yard(I go to the Pack games vs the Sound Tigers as well) is so laid back then that of the Garden, especially on weeknights when all the suits are out.

How many 2 goal leads is this team going to lose??

I guess they weren't happy with just losing two goal leads so they've upped the ante to three.
