More Yanks
Apparently the deal is done and all sorts of rumors are flying. Nippert, Owings and Medders have been most mentioned but there is late word that the Yanks are sending another player, who that is or what that might mean is unknown. A published report speculated we could know tonight. C'mon, Cashmoney Green, impress us!UPDATE: Latest rumor is Randy Jackson, 6M and a low minor leaguer for Connor Jackson and Micah Owings. We'll see!

Me too, but I'm not getting to excited till we hear the final mix.
I know, I haven't been posting the match-ups cause every time I did that it produced a bad game;) I had a bowl season link so people can check the schedule but that's down the page.

Randy Johnson will be going back to the Arizona Diamondbacks next week, a source with knowledge of the deal has said.
The deal would re-defer some of Johnson's money from his contract prior with the Diamondbacks, an extension, and prospects, with Micah Owings being mentioned as at least one of them.
Look for more details next week.
We should know before then.

Rich, that seems like exactly what I was describing as the hold up late on Friday. I think they're past that.

Not really. At this poing there are rumors of a blockbuster with lots of parts and other speculation that we'll just be getting two of their mediocre pitchers.
