Tonight we get to look at one of the best teams in the country taking on a rising team that is having a down year. How can a rising team have a down year? Well, they're basically rising because they've got fine, young coach Randy Edsall locked up for the long term, and the committment is there to get him what he needs. He's got a young team but they'll be well coached and he should be able to recruit. Big East Football has NOT taken the hit it was supposed to when Miami, BC, et al, defected for the ACC. West Virginia, Louisville, Rutgers and Pitt can all compete with anyone and the conference should just keep getting stronger with good coaches in place just about everywhere.
