Knicks Make World Wide Wes Official

The Knicks have hired William "World Wide Wes" Wesley as their executive VP for basketball operations. Wesley has been a major power broker - if not actually - a player broker, around the league and the NCAA for a long time. Not sure he's ever taken a position beyond "Consultant" which is what he was for CAA, and others. So it probably took some doing for Rose to get him signed up, but he has and this is another strong get for the new front office. Now, if they can hire the right coach and coaching staff - the Knicks might just become relevant sooner than later.  They've got a lot of picks and the ability to make as much cap room as they want. But they have to get the right coach and surround him with a great staff.  Still hoping for Hardy.
