Round 35: Pop Yet Another Prep Pitcher

Zachary Hess is a 6'6" 200 pound super destroyer from Liberty Christian Academy in VA. I don't know if we're ever gonna be able to sign any of these great prep pitchers we're popping today, but it's gotta be good to set the stage for when they are eventually third contract UFA's right?  Let's hope we can finagle a few.
