Round 22: Blair Henley Prep Pitcher

This is another 19 year old Prep.  These guys really should be cheaper.  They'll be 21 year old DES's in two years and 22 year old juniors if they go to college.  Anyway, he's a 6'2" kid from Arlington Heights, TX and probable has a commit to one of the Texas schools.   Lottery ticket.
