Yanks Take a Prep SS at 39

Yanks just took Deacon Liput a Florida prep SS with a Florida commit.  In the old days, we might have had a shot at these guys, but under the new rules, we won't unless something changes.  Still he probably deserved to be picked, but if they can't sign him, I wish another team would have been the engine of honoring him.
