Yanks Pop Huge Prep From Idaho in 27

Michael Hicks is a 6'7" 1B from Couer D'Alene, Idaho.  He may be too big to photograph.    I can't really handicap his signing chances at this point, since they have more money than they did last year when they too some preps in the 20's and didn't sign any -- though they were close on one or two.
