Knicks Finally Win a Playoff Game

Carmelo Anthony scored 41 and Amare finally showed a capacity to also have a big game while Carmelo was. It was a tight one, but the Knicks finally ended their multi-year playoff losing streak. They could start a new one Wednesday in Miami, but at least they weren't swept. Obviously, the offseason beckons and, at least at the outset, the Knicks will have neither cap room nor premium picks with which to improve themselves. Should be interesting. Let's see if they can win 2. Go Knicks!

Alan Hahn was on ESPN NY today and said that the Knicks do have options to be creative possibly moving Amare... He fully believes that Phil Jackson is the #1 target. I kinda think Miami will be po'd come Wednesday could be ugly, let's see if the Knicks have anything left.
