Yanks Sweep

Mark Teixeira picked up his 32nd homer and 101st RBI with a three run jack in in 5 run 7th as the Yanks won a weird one to sweep the White Sox 8-3. It was weird because Joba only went 3 innings before being taken out under the new schedule. Aceves pitched 3 innings of no-run ball for his 9th win. Marte, Robertson and Hughes were used to get through the 7th, and Hughes pitched a 6 pitch 8th. Coke gave up yet another homer cleaning up in the 9th. Damon had a homer, earlier, but left the game with tight calves only to have Hairston finish up for him. Swisher got a day off, and Jeter stayed hot. It's off to Baltimore tomorrow and let's win there. Go Yanks!
