Having grown up in Maine in the midst of Red Sox country, being swept by them is always a tough pill. We have not hit our stride yet, but we will. It's a long season and I still like this team. We need to get a chip on our shoulder and a little more toughness. Let's get the Mets.

I realize we'll play better, but losing games because of people missing catches, getting doubled off or playing too deep is unacceptable.
Phil, do you see these things remedied by coaching? Obviously Swish got doubled off twice in this series. Do you sit him? Is Girardi costing us games?
Lack of attention to detail is costing us games. I try not to play the blame game, so I'll call it a team issue that the team can solve pretty easily.
