The silver linings are that it's not career threatening, and Q will be supposedly be fully healthy by next season for the first time in years. He's still young, and brings a skillset that the Knicks otherwise lack. Obviously, the Knicks have to add another perimeter player over the offseason, preferably at the 3, but Q can be a real asset.
