Favorite Comic Book Covers!

Kamandi #19 by Jack Kirby. Kamandi, the Last Boy on Earth, was one of JK's more successful books during his DC sojourn. It clearly owed a debt to the Planet of the Apes franchise, but in a lot of ways was more fun and clever than those flicks. Of course, Kirby 's imaginations had no budget restrictions. This one was a gangster story. Good stuff!
