My Greatest 100 (or so) Albums...

Ahhhh, "Moondance" (Warner Bros. 1970) Van Morrison. Van was more than the man, he is one of the great album artists in pop history, and the world's finest purveyor of "Caledonian Soul." We'll see him a lot on this list. This one, full of wonderful imagery kicked off the `70's right. There's something about Irish people and god, and Morrison's mysticism is quite near the surface in songs like "Moondance", "Crazy Love","It Stoned Me", and "Into the Mystic." This is a singularly phenomenal album and all should at the very least own a copy for the home and car. We'll get into the music at a later date.
