Seems like a very focused kid. Garcia and Marquez, two high schoolers from the same draft have not been nearly as mature. Though Garcia is sporting a good whip and working on new stuff over in Hawaii. Marquez is also working on new stuff, but he's been getting hit some.

I know we disagree on this but i think it takes a special personality to really thrive in NY.

I know it is a little thing but $5 bucks for an autograph and it goes to charity is a good sign

As for Marquez and Garcia, I'm a lot more excited for Betances and Mcallister. These 2 seem like teases to me. Then again, at 21 I wasn't exactly fulfilling my potential either

All 4 are high ceiling pitchers. Betances and McAllister seemed to have advanced makeup a la Hughes when they were in short season. They adapted well to the changes the coaches recommended. Those are two promising power pitchers. Garcia and Marquez both missed a bunch of time with injuries this year, and as long as their healthy next year, I expect them to both make it to AA, and possibly AAA late in the year.
